Description
A 2017 White Toyota Tacoma that is registered to Haroldo Souza was involved in a hit and run accident on September 8. I know this information because he left his bumper, with license plate attached, at the scene of the accident at Micheltorena and Chino St. The cops have been trying to contact him but he’s avoiding them. He stopped just long enough to yell at my young daughter and said he was going to pull over and then drove away. We were at the scene of the accident for over an hour waiting for the police to arrive and he never returned the to scene of the accident.
