Landlord needs temporary maintenance done on rentals. Painting, cleaning / scrubbing, yard work, tree / bush trim..weeding/ mulching. Grass cut... Etc. Sum heavy lifting. Must have transportation and be reliable. No phone addicts or drinkers or drugs.. could lead to more work.
