Hi my name is Alicia and I'm a single disabled mom and I'm just stuck in a situation my car got stolen and I am responsible for the impound fees and the tow fee because it was crash while I was stolen and I am a single disabled mom I am having a hard time coming up with such expensive money right now I have the trophies but not enough excuse me the impound fees but not enough for the tow fees any help would be immensely and greatly appreciated
