Cottonwood childcare is a small in home family childcare licensed thru nys ocfs (cpr and 1st aid certified) with openings for ages 1 year and older. Our hours are 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday and are closed for the major holidays and usually one week at the end of December and one in the summer. When weather allows, we are an outside program, large yard, sand, swings bikes chalk etc, head inside for lunch/nap and then back outside in the afternoon. When we are inside the kids have access to art supplies, puzzles Legos and other table type activities. There is a block area with wooden blocks, magnatiles, cars, animals and people to expand their block play. The kids can also engage in dramatic play, play on and under a loft with slide and have dance parties with favorite tunes and lights. When there are conflicts between the kids, we talk to them and handle it an age-appropriate manner. If you want to set up a time to visit and talk about next steps, please let me know
