Factory Laborer Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with various clients in Bremen, IN. We are willing to train the right candidate for any given position. A Production Worker is responsible for feeding raw materials into machinery, assembling goods on production lines, and monitoring the process. In addition, they carry out basic quality checks such as testing of products or packaging before shipping by adequately storing all necessary supplies. Job Description: Choose from: 8, 10 or up 12 hours per shift Weekend shift Only options ( Fri. Sat. Sun.) Pay Rate range from $17 - $22 P/H Various Positions opportunities: ( Grinders, Assemblers, Packers, Material Handlers, Sprayers, Machine Operators and other Production positions ) Rotate through various workstations within any given department Use hand tools as needed Inspect, and pack products in a safe and efficient manner to specifications Maintain plant housekeeping and safety standards Load/unload the machine Other tasks assigned based on the department Qualification: Stable work history Excellent attendance and reliable transportation Ability to detect potential problems with machinery Ability to lift heavy loads up to 50# and transfer them manually Why Peoplelink?
