To you who just dumped your cat out of your car

Hi. I can see you don't want your cat anymore... Can you at least tell me his name so his trauma will be lessened... Anyone know someone who had a male orange tabby cat? I'm guessing he's less than a year old. Very friendly. They were driving a maroon/Plum colored SUV. They dumped him out on Rimmon Street near West high school I can't get a pic yet cuz he's terrified and hiding in rose bushes and i can't get to him.
