Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Acceptable Candidate: Straight out of crane operator school • Must be able to travel frequently and work at heights • NCCCO Crane Operator Certification (REQUIRED)... or NCCER certification Compensation: • Hourly Pay Rate: $21 to 32/HOUR (DOE) • We offer a competitive compensation, medical benefits and retirement package The Crane Operator will operate a telescoping hydraulic crane engineered to sit atop a lattice tower structure. This position is responsible for working on water tower construction projects by transferring from one task to another where demands require worker with varied experience. Essential Functions: • Lift, move, position, and place materials • Ability to work at heights • Rigging knowledge • Frequently climb ladders • Ability to routinely work away from home • Understanding of OSHA Part 1926 Non-Essential Functions: • Understanding of various forming systems and requirements • Rodbusting • Concrete finishing • Scaffolding and erection • Signaling of cranes and other construction equipment Deal-Breaker: Unwillingness to perform non-essential functions.
