Hospice patient needs to re-home cat

Urgent help needed. My 96 year old grandmother is now under hospice care. She has a 2 year old male cat that I am looking to re-home. If anyone can offer any resources or knows anyone looking for a young cat please let me know. I would take him but I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. don't have any other family on long island and her friends are unable to take him.
