Currently looking for a property manager/quality control manager to overlook construction work for 1-4 unit rehabs on the west and/or south sides of Chicago. Responsibilities would entail: - Checking status/progress of construction work - Making sure property is properly secured - Taking video/pictures of property - Overall communication and maintenance.
