Description
Paying salary with medical benefit. Will provide vehicle and tools.
What you will do:
Drive between different properties in philly and suburbs and do repairs and maintenance work. Be on-call 24/7 for emergencies (will be compensated appropriately.)
Must have:
1. Experience in variety of trades: drywall, painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical, etc.
2. Drivers license
3. English speaking and good interpersonal skills, to be able to talk with tenants
4. Common sense
5. Energetic and motivated to do a good job
This is an opportunity for the right person. You'll get bonuses if you are good, and there is a base salary, medical benefits, and car. Full time, 40hrs / week.
