Seeking general maintenance worker for small family-owned rental operation with 6 small apartment buildings (3- and 6-unit buildings) in the Logan Square neighborhood. Move-out turnovers including patching, painting, cleaning, changing lightbulbs and other light repairs. General building maintenance including mowing lawns, trash pickup, lightbulb and filter changes, and snow removal. Can work with on 1099 or W-2, your choice.
