Are you a General Contractor with home improvement experience? Are you looking for a part/full time job? Interview today. We have a Jobsite Supervisor position available. Pay depends upon experience, the more you know the more you will make. We have plenty of work to keep you busy. Duties Include: • Daily planning meetings (15 minutes or less-prepare ahead) • Managing and maintaining project timelines • Daily interactions with subcontractors • Setting customer expectations • Ordering materials (day to day necessities) • Receiving deliveries/Picking up orders • Installation • Equipment and material staging • Jobsite Maintenance IN ORDER TO QUALIFY YOU MUST SEND AN EMAIL ANSWERING THE FOLLOWING: What is your current occupation, and how long have you been doing it? On a scale of 1-5, what is your skill level in the following: Rough Carpentry Finish Carpentry Drywall (Hanging and finishing) Electrical Plumbing Painting Tile work Masonry Flooring Do you own a truck or van? Do you have a trailer? What types of tools do you own? (i.e. hand tools, portable battery operated tools, table saw, chop saw, tile saw, etc? Do you have a valid driver’s license? Insurance? Do you have any outstanding felonies or warrants? How many hours per week are you looking to work? Are you willing to travel within about 50 miles of downtown Cleveland?
