Flooring Installer Needed

I am a property manager in the Louisville and New Albany Area. I have 2 apartments in New Albany, IN that need to have underlayment & laminate plank flooring installed. All material is on-site and acclimated to be installed. This is a cash paying job, and paid upon completion & inspection/walkthrough. About 2,000 square feet to be laid. If you can install baseboard, repair drywall, paint, install trim, etc. that will be a plus as there is that work to be completed in the units as well.
