Yardwork and Handyman help needed for rental property

In need of some handyman/ yardwork help for my rental property. There is a lot of other work to be done, but yardwork take priority for now, could turn into a reoccurring gig. Cleaning back porch gutters, only 8 ft gutters, 15 ft high. Weeds have been killed in lawn, cleanup/ blow and rake Small terrace work 4 ftx 50 ft - Cultivating the soil and leveling Small terrace work 4 ftx 50 ft - Digging up vines and planter Laying down weed barrier Help Prepping Privacy Screens in yard- some light painting and sanding Weeding small garden (6ft X 6ft) and mulching Small porch exterior painting All tools and materials provided! Looking for honest and hard-workers :).More handyman work needed with the rental, but yardwork to be completed first. Would love to start 09/23/22. But very flexible with hours.
