Description
- Utilizing skill and labor, complete small to large size residential and commercial construction projects while managing and overseeing a crew of tradesmen.
- Must be familiar with units of measurement including 10ths and 100ths. - Must have a basic understanding of blueprints.
- Must have extensive knowledge in building trades including concrete, framing, drywall, drywall finishing, painting, tile, flooring, and finish carpentry.
- Must have basic plumbing and electric knowledge.
- Must be able to start at a reasonable time in the morning and work 8 hours a day. - Experience running crews and/or own business is a plus.
- Must be able to communicate and handle customers / crew members / inspectors in a professional manner.
