Qualifications: Detail-oriented Be mechanically inclined Must have a can-do attitude Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid driver's license Must have own reliable transportation Able to work in a team environment Ability to drive both automatic & standard transmission vehicles Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environment Willingness to listen, follow instructions, and learn Ability to effectively communicate with the team, vendors, and customers Knowledge/experience in automotive repair/maintenance, and/or welding/fabricating is a huge plus (Provide a list of abilities) Physical Requirements/Working Conditions Position is based in a normal shop environment. Frequent physical activity such as kneeling, bending, squatting, stooping, lifting above shoulders is a part of daily activity as well as repetitive tasks involving hand and arm motion and lifting objects over 50 pounds. Must be able to push/pull parts carts and cars with assistance. Working environment consists of: Exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, along with high levels of noise. Responsibilities Gather and empty trash when full Make deliveries and/or pick-ups as needed Occasionally dust off vehicles Perform other related duties as assigned Inspect dropped off vehicles and make a note of condition Keep showroom and shop area floors clean and safe by keeping walking areas clear, swept, and mopped This position will begin as a part-time position.
