Job Description We are an automobile wheel and tire company looking to fill a full time Delivery Driver & Warehouse position. Tire mounting experience a plus. Daily responsibilities are Delivery driver, picking and packing, putting away inventory, helping will call customers etc. This is a fast paced, hard working environment. Must be able to lift wheels and tires 30-60lbs. The position is M-F 8:00am-4:30pm. 4 to 6 Saturdays per year. Overtime is possible during the week. The starting pay is $16 per hour, at the end of a 90 day probationary period, upon approval, there is a $1 per hour raise. We recognize 6 national holidays a year. Vacation is accrued and can be used after 90 days. Pay periods are on a biweekly schedule. We offer 401K with up to 4% match as well as health care for full time employees. The position available will require the following: - Deliveries and transfers with box van (California Drivers License and good driving record required) - Outstanding customer service as this position will have daily interaction with customers - Ability to process and package orders accurately and efficiently - Know how/willing to learn to operate a forklift/picker - Operate a pallet jack - Clean and organize the warehouse daily - Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations - Work with fellow employees to achieve a common goal - Must work hard - Be Honest - Punctual *Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years experience with knowledge of Delivery driving, Fed Ex and UPS Shipping programs. Inventory control, Picking, Packing, Putting products away into inventory bin locations. This is a physical job. A can do attitude and ability to work well with others.
