HCI - Southern California’s premier stair railing contractor is currently seeking experienced finish stair railing installers. We have been in business for over 35 years working for most of the leading tract and custom home builders throughout Southern California. We have immediate openings for all types of stair builders from entry level to full journeyman. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year previous experience in the installation of finish stair railing components such as skirt and kick boards, wall cap, tread ends and risers, newel posts, handrail and balusters. Stair builders have always been one of the highest paid tradesmen in the construction industry and this continues to be the case with wages for our experienced stair builders ranging from $60K-$120k annually.
