Description
Job description: Build small 110 sq ft work shop accessory building. Mostly moving materials, framing of walls, floor and roof sheating, T1-11 siding, comp shingles, etc.
You need average carpentry skills, cordless screw gun, saw, and all tools required to complete task as directed by owner. Small 2-3 day job for 1 carpenter and 1 helper. Job starts this weekend.
Materials will be delivered. Pay ($16 - $28 hour) based hourly on performance of what is actually accomplished. No smokers or drugs. If you do not have the skills do not waste your time.
