Even if no one is harmed or killed, an individual can face a long prison sentence. A conviction for providing material support or resources to a terrorist organization can result in imprisonment for 20 years. A president that organized, instructed, and gave his militant group the order to attack congress and hang the vice president, kill a specific representative, has committed a terrorist attack on the United States. Capital Officers died, many were injured, while he watched the attack on television, enjoying it. Our last president and his militant group, and all of those people who supported the attack are guilty of multiple war crimes, treason, traitors, espionage, and murder. It does not matter what the voters think, what the media thinks, are Wall Street wanting him re-elected for more tax breaks, our last president waged war the United States of America. It should be made crystal clear to elected officials and judges that an attack on our democracy gets you a military execution. The End
