Border Collie pup for rehoming

I have a blue Merle border collie. He’s 8 months old that I’m looking at rehoming. My other dog has started to go after him for no reason and I worry for his safety. He’s a little guy, won’t be very big. He’s super sweet and will cuddle all day if you let him. He has showed natural herding instincts. I love him but it’s too dangerous with my other male dog. There is a rehoming fee. He’s up to date on all his shots. I can send him with a crate his food, his harness and collar.
