Searching for Contractor for Stud Build Out in Living Room

Hi there, I am looking for a contractor to complete a stud build out in my apartment. The requirements are as follows: -At least two ceiling-to-floor studs spaced 16 inches apart, measured from the center of the stud. -The stud is oriented with the 2" side facing forward. Placing the stud flat with the wider side facing forward is not supported. -Cannot rely on the existing wall for anchoring—the studs must be attached at the floor and ceiling. -You may need to add additional reinforcement if your metal stud build-out does not have a wall built around it. Reinforcement requires two additional 2x4; when facing the build-out, one 2x4 should be on the left side of the left stud, and the other should be on the inside of the right stud.
