CONTRACT-TO-HIRE Position at a large apartment community in Gurnee. Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians. REQUIREMENTS: 3-6 years’ experience required Open minded Team player Able to train An advocate and guide to his/her maintenance team Open to changes and trying new things Willing to get their HVAC and CPO license in 3 weeks’ time Can lead and have excellent communication skills Manage big projects Work closely with the renovation team and keep management posted on scheduling for units being renovated Organized Can order parts in a timely manner and handle repairs promptly Can change out coil’s interior and exterior condenser units as well Experience in flooring and drywall repair Communicates with vendors for emergency situations like water extractions etc. Able to be on call and must be available when techs need him/her when they’re on call -must respond promptly
