Trench for underground power lines

Description

I need about 100 feet of 24" to 30" inch deep trench dug and nylon interior-coated pvc pipe run so ComEd can move my power lines underground. I also need an electrician to move my meter, attach the meter to the underground lines and install a main breaker outside so I do not have to move my electric panel.
