Our work environment includes: - A safe and collaborative environment - On-the-job training - Casual work attire Job Description The Rack Store team is looking for a positive, motivated individual to support the company’s warehouse operations. No experience necessary; leadership is willing to train and certify the right person. The Warehouse Associate will receive, stock, organize, load and unload industrial material handling inventory and perform various warehouse activities, as needed. The right candidate should be able to manage time effectively, be a team player and a problem solver. Responsibilities Process, package and ship orders accurately Organize stocks and maintain inventory Inspect products for defects and damages Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments Organize warehouse space Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately Check, verify and fill customer invoices Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures Keep warehouse clean and organized daily Required/Preferred Skills Prior warehouse experience nice to have, but willing to train Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment nice to have, but willing to fully train and certify Familiarity with computer use nice to have, but willing to train Team player with organizational skills Ability to lift or move heavy products with material handling equipment Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730; Reliably commute to work (Required) Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) License/Certification: Forklift Certification (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: Rancho Cucamonga
