Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to clean a new AirBnb in Sylmar. It is a ~350 sq. ft. studio, with it's own entrance, small kitchenette, and bathroom. This is on the ground level, you can park right outside the unit, and there are washers and dryers onsite. I estimate each cleaning should take between 1 to 1.5 hours (at the most). You can store cleaning supplies and a vacuum onsite if that's easier. I own other properties in the area as well, so this role could lead to additional opportunities in the future. On days with same-day turnarounds, guests check out at 12PM, and new guests arrive at 4PM. The unit will need to be cleaned between 12PM to 4PM. I can provide the next month's cleaning calendar ahead of time, so that you will know in advance which dates require cleaning. I can offer $70 per cleaning. This could be a good opportunity for someone who lives in the area and/or has a friend who could occasionally help them. If you are interested, please reply with a good number to text you at.
