Janitorial company looking for a part time day porter in the city of Laguna Niguel for a shopping plaza. Accepting applications for immediate hire. Please submit application per attached link. Pay $16.50 Set Schedule: PART TIME: 24 hrs a week Monday - Saturday from 8am - 12pm (4hrs a day) Sunday OFF Requirements: • Must have cell phone to contact during business hours for managers requests • Must have cellular device to clock in /out • Willing and able to perform cleaning services • Replace trash bag liners (take out and replace liners from trash bins) • Monitor and walk parking areas, sidewalks, and check planters for trash • Remove any flyers posted around shopping center • Wipe the top of trash can lids • Wipe handrails • Spot clean sidewalks • Dust off windowsills • Dusting surfaces • Monitor property for illegal dumping / graffiti (report to manager) • Maintain clean area in all trash enclosures • Sweeping floors, mopping floors • Maintain cleanliness of bathroom, wipe surfaces, clean sinks, wipe mirrors • Positive Attitude • Reliable • Must have own transportation • Must be able to lift 20 lbs
