Growing Property Management Company is currently looking for an experienced full time Maintenance Tech for our Safety Harbor, FL Apartment Complex! * HVAC Certified Must * Inspect grounds, buildings and other community features. * Manage clean and safe work area. * Must be detailed oriented! * Go-getter attitude * Keeping the community operating smoothly and according to safety standards. * Ensure all service request and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner. * Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors and supervisors. * Work with service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times.
