We need an energetic, physically fit self-starter to lead a 4-person team in all phases of Property Maintenance and Landscape Maintenance. Duties require leadership, intelligence, and attention to the big picture, as well as to details, in addition to frequent, vigorous, physical work. We require experience in building maintenance -- plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repairs, etc -- and we would like to see experience in landscaping and irrigation work. The ideal candidate would have some college experience, such as a 2 year degree or more and/or a MILITARY background. The goal in this position is to work toward a General Manager role. No drugs or excessive alcohol use tolerated. Criminal background check required.
