Landscape Assistant – Holiday and Seasonal Color Summary of position The Seasonal Color/Holiday Assistant provides field support to the Seasonal Color Manager on a daily basis. Independent judgement is required to prioritize and organize responsibilities and work load. Physical labor is also a requirement of the job and knowledge of how to safely use basic tools and equipment are necessary. This position has opportunity for growth into a leadership position within the department. Expectations/Essential Daily Duties Arrive at onsite by scheduled time in company provided uniform. Review daily instructions with Manager. Ensure company vehicle has required equipment and tools to meet daily objective. Effectively and professionally communicate with clients, crew members, supervisors and managers. Safely and efficiently transport crew in company provided vehicle. This role routinely uses tools such as pruners and trimmers. This role also includes routine use of equipment such as trucks, trailers, vans, pruners and trimmers. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a 40 hour per week full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Overtime is an option pending season. Changes in work hours will be at sole discretion of management.
