This position is accountable for producing the following result: Complete Detailing work according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing & waxing exteriors, vacuuming, exterior & interior detailing, steaming, deodorizing interiors and keeping records related to the condition of the vehicle. You should possess strong customer service skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles. Minimum Requirements: • Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. • Willingness to work overtime when necessary. • Willingness and ability to work in outdoor environments and stay on feet for extended periods. Tactical Work: • Track hours worked via timecard phone app. • Follow all instructions from Managers and Quality Control Specialist. • Complete detail work. • Operate light or heavy-duty equipment if needed (if qualified, with permission from Manager). • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment. • Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Auto Detail Specialist and Managers. Position Specific: • Ensure that consistent quality of work is performed day-to-day on job sites. • Ensure that all tools and/or equipment is maintained and in good condition; report any needed repairs to the Superintendent promptly. • Ensure that all work is done in compliance with company policies, rules and regulations. Compensation Package  Starting Wage: $17/Hr.  Paid Time Off: National Holiday’s  Job Type: Full-time; OT where applicable  Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Work Location: 5621 S Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA 98409  Start Date: TBD
