We are an established remodeling company in the Greater Puget Sound area specializing in multifamily and insurance repairs with an emphasis on kitchen and bathroom remodels. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented handyman, that understands all areas of construction. This person will be required to work on projects independently and/or with a team. We treat each person with respect and value everyone as an equal part of the team. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of hands-on remodeling and/or building experience. Experience must include all phases of remodeling, including: carpentry (finish & framing), setting cabinets, drywall, trim/millwork, painting, finish plumbing, finish electrical, flooring installation, and general repair. Job qualifications also include a fully tooled, reliable work vehicle (truck or van), and professional appearance. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: • Ability to safely use common power and hand tools. • Must have remodeling skills: finish carpentry, finish plumbing, finish electrical, hang doors, millwork, drywall, framing, set cabinets, painting, etc. • Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic. • Positive attitude towards working and with co-workers & customers. • Communicates well with peers, clients, and project managers (both written and verbal). • Must have a safe driving record and a valid Washington State driver’s license. • Lives locally, has a reliable vehicle (truck or van), and has their own tools. • Good time management skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization. • Must speak English. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. • Understands construction sequencing.
