I am a small construction company that like many others are struggling to find good, reliable help that will stick around for more than a day or two. Many inquire about a position but then don't answer when you respond to them or provide a working phone number or don't have transportation to even get to work. I don't understand this at all ? We have roughly a 3% unemployment rate, but yet everyone says we are in a recession and it's just not true. There is work in the trade industries, and there is plenty of work for all, so where did everyone go ???? So as the title says I am hiring one if not two laborers who want to learn fences, decks, minor remodeling and build experience to potentially make more and sub contract from us. We have plenty of work, we are established and are not afraid to let someone prove to us that they can learn and move up. Experienced individuals welcome to apply as well. We don't do background checks, we don't drug test. We just want again good reliable individuals who still have work ethic and take pride in what they do. There is no application, and all I want is this : Clean cut reliable transportation lift 80#'s self motivated This position/s starts as early as tomorrow am. For now it will pay cash and just like any other job you work the first week and get paid the following Friday and then every Friday there after.
