A HURRICANE IS COMING THIS WAY! We'll need help with the damages. We are seeking the following: 20 Debris Clean Up Crews Must either have a Grapple Truck/self loader single or double Or a skid steer/excavator with grapple or thumb and a dump trailer. Must have proper PPE and General Liability Insurance. Dump trailers are preferably 16ft-20ft with 6 foot sides or higher wood or metal. Goose necks are preferred, however bumper pulls will work. The bigger the trailer the better. Crews are paid by the cubic yard. Work includes picking up and loading debris into your grapple truck or dump trailer and taking it to the dump site. Each crew will likely do 8-10 loads per day depending on speed of loading or distance to dump site. Average pay is $7,500-$10,000 per week on a 30cyd dump trailer averaging 8 loads per day. Grapple trucks average $20,000-$50,000 per week depending on if hauling single or double loads. Pay is the 3rd week after debris clean up starts therefore, crews must be able to sustain themselves until the first check is issued. Once the first check is issued, the pay is every week after that.
