We are seeking a candidate who is either experienced or would like to learn to be a Semi-Tractor and trailer Mechanic who will repair, replace or fabricate. Semi-Trailer Mechanic: • Doors, floors, brakes, axles, electrical, hubs, etc. • Perform preventative maintenance inspections • Component replacement and adjustments • Basic welding/cutting • Trailer service and maintenance • General repair on medium to heavy duty highway vehicles, including semi-trailers, flatbed trailers, dry vans and reefers. • Brakes, seals, roll up doors, ramps, aluminum floors, wall and roof patching • Trailer lights and wiring Diesel Mechanic: • Troubleshoots and perform minor and major overhauls, repairs on brakes, electrical, fuel, lubrication, cooling, vacuum and hydraulic systems and drive trains. • Troubleshoot fault codes and check engine lights. • Installs batteries and wiring Candidate must have: • Some basic tools to start and knowledge of basic tools • Working knowledge of basic systems and components • Basic understanding of shop tool use and safety • One year experience and/or Tech school preferred but not necessary • Eager, Energetic, self-starter who works well as an individual and as a team player Full Time Mon – Friday 8:00 – 4:30 Uniforms provided and laundered Paid Vacation and Holidays Complete Fleet Care, LLC is a small, but steadily growing, family-owned business that was started in 2003 as a Semi-Trailer Mobile Repair Service. Moving into our first shop in 2007 and at our current location since 2011. We specialize in all types of repairs and modifications to semi-trailers, truck bodies, flats, reefers, cargo and vans. We perform a wide range of repairs from complete trailer rebuilds to inspections. Services include but are not limited to modifications and body/frame repair, roofs, floors, side panels, interior panels, roll-up doors, ramps, curtain side repairs, wiring and fabrication work. We also work on landing gear, suspension, springs, air rides, brakes, wheels, axles, lift gate repairs, including fleet repairs and maintenance, as well as minor air conditioning, engine, and transmission work.
