Need alittle help Please

Good afternoon this is hard for me to even be doing this and I want everyone to know this is my first time asking for help. A little about me my name is Luis a father of 4 awesome little ones 3 boys and a daughter that are my world. I don't know where to ask for help or even go for help I have never been in this situation. As of February they stopped my sons SSI and I have been out due to surgery, and I will be out of work for the next 6 months healing and therapy as everyone knows kiddos have needs an food stamps aren't an option because I do not qualify, I don't know why and how but that's another headache. I tried local food banks but that's once a month and hardly get nothing but I'm grateful for what I get. If anyone can steer me in the right direction I will greatly appreciate it..
