Invitation for Bid - Telephone Pole Installation Centre Hall, Pennsylvania BIDS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL to [email protected] NO LATER THAN OCT 7, 2022 at 5PM Eastern. The winning bidder will be selected and notified by Oct 14, 2022. Centre WISP Venture Company is seeking qualified subcontractors to submit bids to install 25 telephone poles in the Centre Hall, Pennsylvania area. This subcontract is part of a larger project partially funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. The winning bidder will be required to abide by contractual obligations related to prevailing wage, non-descrimination, etc set forth by PA DCED. Bidder Qualifications: Prior documented experience installing telephone poles Ability to provide two customer references with positive feedback to offer about the Bidder. Agreement to be bound by contractual obligations relative to prevailing wage, non-discrimination, and other requirements set forth by Pennsylvania DCED. Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity Non-collusion affidavit signed by bidder Centre WISP will provide staked locations for each pole, any required traffic control, and permitting required to set the poles. The bidder shall provide the following goods and services, and will include such in its bid: Sourcing, shipping, and delivering to the relevant install locations 35-foot, class-4 telephone poles Installing, leveling, and verifying the stability of the telephone pole.
