Artist looking for Small space in city of Asheboro

I am a 48-year-old male Artist that just moved here and I have many different kinds of art to display in the forms of paintings drawings and some sculptures. I am looking for something in a small space that could be used as a storage for my art that also has the ability for me to display that Art whether it is a window facing outside or a place where people can come look. I do not intend to be present on a daily basis but for appointments of people interested and also to keep a variety of Art circulating, I will need access with respect to hours of the building's operation. I am on a budget. I don't need electric or utilities for this. Depending on the circumstance and the price, I would also be interested in a possible working Office Space for the same purpose in addition to possibly making Art and Writing. In this circumstance my methods and what I would do would be silent non-distracting and non-infringing on the area around me and those who are in it. My art has some level of shock value in certain pieces and I touch upon political and social issues in many of my works, but that would be limited to decency for any work that I would display to the outside. I am entertaining the idea of renting a space in an antique house, but I seek a little more exclusivity. Some of this artwork that I have made is over 25 years old, and is very important to me. I wish to display it in a clean decent environment and I have no problem doing a little painting and help in the area it is and the surrounding area for that purpose, and for the possibility of bartering for this space. If I have someone that I can trust and they have the ability to show and sell this Art, we can work something out that is fair and benefit to the both of us. I have extensive experience painting professional murals and signs as well. An ideal circumstance would be an ignored or oppressed building near downtown that needs a pick-me-up and beautification where we could barter something for this space I desire. If I could obtain a small Gallery space with a back room where I could do some work that would be great overall but I definitely am interested in the small storage and display area regardless. I will be active as an artist until I leave this life. Thank you. Daniel.
