The fifth monthly WIFS-West Florida Chapter meeting is set for Friday, August 5, and will feature attorney, Jessica Penovich. Ms. Penovich partners with investment advisor clients to deliver advice and guidance regarding compliance and regulatory issues including registrations, examinations, firm policies and procedures, federal and state regulatory rule interpretations, and risk assessments. She has served as General Counsel and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at J.W. Cole. Ms. Penovich is a member of the Florida Bar, holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 9/10, 4, 53, and 66 registrations, and has over 15 years of progressive financial services experience developed at top-tier financial firms including Transamerica, Raymond James, and Citi. All those who attend the August meeting are asked to clean out their closets !
