Join us for a special Cacao Sound Journey on the full moon. As we gather, Christine Marie (Shamanic Healer) will first lead you on a meditative journey with ancient ceremonial Cacao medicine to open your heart as we prepare for our sound bath experience by Brooke Lyons. Throughout the sound bath, you will experience Reiki transmissions from Christine Marie that will offer everlasting healing to your mind, body, heart and spirit. We will guide you every step of the way. No previous experience necessary, just an open heart and an open mind. What to bring: Mats will be available but please bring something for underneath your head and possibly a blanket to cover up with. Feel free to bring anything else for maximum comfort (eye mask, bolster, etc.). Dress comfortably and bring water. Please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mug) for best convenience. ***A special reminder - Please have your food digested at least one hour before-hand.
