It’s like a brain flush! In Kundalini Class, we practice cleansing exercises or actions called Kriyas in Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a multi-faceted method of yogic practice. It encompasses mantra (chanting), mudra (hand gestures), Drishti (gaze), pranayama (breathing exercises), and dynamic stretching (yoga postures) to create an experience that helps students to concentrate on the task at hand with by-product result of a state of meditation or clarity. This class is for all levels and first-timers.
Specialty Class Investment: $8 for BY OKC members and $10 for non-members. Please Note: We are encouraging students to sign-up in advance. Light refreshments served.
