Create appliqued felt folk art ornaments with fiber artist Loring Boglioli. These hand-stitched ornaments are a perfect addition to your Christmas tree. Loring will provide all the materials to complete 1-2 ornaments during the workshop, and you'll take home a kit to create 3 more using the techniques learned in class. This workshop stresses fundamental stitching techniques and the interrelationship between various fabrics, threads, and stitches used in appliqued felt and wool textiles. Class is appropriate for both beginner and experienced adults. Just bring your favorite sharp scissors and a thimble. All other workshop materials are provided.
