Learn how to build and repair boats. Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented laborer. No experience is necessary, we will train on the job. Work hours M-Th 7-5 with possible overtime on Friday. Starting pay at $14/hr. Approximately six-month paid training process. Performance raises based on work ethic and reliability with lots of room for growth. Work hours M-Th 7-5 with paid 1/2 hour lunch. Starting pay at $14 per hour with immediate attendance incentive raise of $2 extra. Additional performance raises based on work ethic and reliability at 3 and 6 months; at the first year; then yearly raises after. Lots of room at the company for employee growth. Six (6) paid holidays per year. Vacation accrual after 1 year at 5 days per year. Retirement employee contribution available after 6 months; generous employer match after a year. Full-time, year-round, no layoffs. Boats are available for personal use on a scheduled basis. Apparel and boat accessory discounts available. Paid day off for company fishing trip each year.
