What is a Dri-Tri?
It is a triathalon style event without the water.
Dri-Tri Events:
2000m row - 5k run - 50 calorie bike
*should it be raining we'll sub the 5k run for 100 box jumps, 100 burpees, 100 air squats
Who should attend?
This event is customizable to any fitness level or physical limitation. We encourage EVERYONE that is interested in have a fun morning, make new friends and fitness to signup and join us!
