Appetizer Butternut Squash Soup with Spiced Crème Fraiche, Brown Butter Croutons, Pepitas and Sage Crumble Entrée Braised Short Ribs with Herb Pistou Entrée Accompaniments Truffled Mashed Potatoes Garlic String Beans Vegetarian Option Wild Mushroom Lasagna with Cashew Béchamel and Madeira Mushroom Sauce Dessert Warm Apple Tart Tatin with Cinnamon Whipped Cream and Calvados Beverages We will be pouring a welcome glass of bubbly, followed by white and red wines provided by Greens Farms Spirits throughout the meal. Feel free to BYOB other adult beverages if you desire. Glassware, ice and openers and bottles of cold water will be provided. THROUGH A VARIETY OF YOUTH-LED PROJECTS, EVENTS, AND FUNDRAISERS, SUCH AS THIS EVENING'S DINNER, #FEED FAIRFIELD COUNTY AIMS TO RAISE $25,000 WITH THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF SUPPLYING MEALS FOR NEARLY 10,000 RESIDENTS ACROSS THE COUNTY.
