We will be sweating with a purpose, as a portion of each ticket sale will go to supporting our close friend, Pina Volpe-Rouse, in her fight aganist glioblastoma brain cancer. *Thank you to THE BODY BLUE PRINT team in Pelham NY for offering their beautiful facility and teaming up with us for the event. The CrunchLet's kickstart our Sunday afternoon with a HIGH ENERGY workout class lead by Frank DAg - fueled by our live music and DJ. Stay tuned for a few surpise announcements. Please arrive by 12pm SHARP! Next- Chynna, the founder of Sage Cacao will lead us through a 7 minute sound healing experience while we sip on 100% pure cacao,infused with Entrepreneuro. The BrunchAre you ready?! You earned it...After our workout and chocolate brain boost, we are going straight into our 3 HOUR bottomless BRUNCH. You earned it with your crunch - now its time to have some more fun. Our friend's from Westchester's #1 health eatery, Green Life NY. They will be serving on site with a delicious spread, off their special HERO X HEALTH inpsired Crunch & Brunch menu. but that's not all... Francesco, the owner of Westchester's "best new food truck" Pizza Vitale will be riding in straight from Italy to serve you some authentic Neapolitan personal pies. Push-ups for Prosecco and... V-Ups for Vodka?Brunch isn't really brunch without some procecco and mimosas right? We will have a bartender on site offering classic prosecco, mimosas, and some special event cocktails and mocktails. Loosen up, network, and celebrate. Be A Hero For PinaOn January 2022, Meryl Volpe-Rouse aka Pina was diagnosed with glioblastoma, the deadliest brain cancer. She would undergo surgery from one of the top neurosurgeons in the country at Columbia Presbyterian in NYC. Since the surgery, she has been under the care of Memorial Sloan Kettering. At this time, she has lost her ability to drive because she no longer has peripheral vision in her left eye. Pina may have been forced into early retirement, but that has not stopped her. She is in the gym each and every day, fighting this battle. For those that know her - know how strong, intelligent, beautiful, and loyal of a person she is. She has dedicated her entire life to her family, friends, and her work as a school teacher to educate the next generations. She is a mother, a wife, an aunt, a sister, a daughter, and a friend. She is someone that goes above and beyond for those who she loves. After many positive updates, Pina recently had a set back as a second tumor was located in her cerebellum. She is beginning new treatment and an aggressive protocol to conquer this cancer once and for all. We want to support Pina and her family in any way that we can. Please join us in returning the LOVE and going above and beyond for Pina to help raise money for her medical bills and treatment. A large portion of each ticket sale will be donated to Pina's fight. However please be aware of the age restrictions below:To workout you must be 18 Years or older with a signed waiver. 15 years old accepted with parent or guardian. MUST BE 21 to consume alcholic beverage.
