The Youth Documentary Academy, in partnership with Cleo Parker Robinson Dance and KRCC, present an evening of short films produced for the Colorado-based PBS series “OUR TIME” at the new offices of KRCC and the Southern Colorado Public Media Center. In celebration of arts and health equity in our region, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance’s “Momentum Tour” during Arts Month in Colorado Springs has occasioned a new partnership with KRCC and Youth Documentary Academy to engage the public through strong point-of-view films in the region about mental health and teen suicide prevention.
Doors open at 6:30pm. YDA filmmakers will present their PBS documentaries followed by moderated Q&As and conversations with the filmmakers and attendees. Food catered by CPRD will bring delicious and thoughtful cuisine to the evening. Come see the new Southern Colorado Public Media Center, meet KRCC staff and YDA faculty and learn more about Cleo Parker Robinson Dance.
