ABOUT// Please come join Ashley for an evening of delicious chocolate tasting and education on the natural health benefits of cacao and carefully selected wild herbs for the chocolate recipes. Learn how to make herbal infused chocolate inspired by nature in a simple way! ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR// Ashley grew up in the pacific northwest and enjoyed hiking and exploring the cascades and the islands on the Washington coast. With her appreciation of herbs and natural medicine she decided to study Naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University and furthered her studies of Western Herbalism, Nutrition and Botany at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. She first learned about Cacao in Hawaii and has loved using cacao and herbs together and selling herbal chocolates and skincare products at local markets. In her free time she loves hiking with her husband, son and aussie dog as well as swimming in cold mountain lakes and trail running. AGES// All ages, but 10+ recommended.
