Participant Feedback from the June 2022 retreat at Harvard/MIT: "One big take-away for me was that I am not the only one struggling greatly.... It was reassuring! The concept of flow, why it is essential (happiness!) and how to achieve it will be very important to me going forward. The three guest presenters were fantastic as well.” "Fluent presentations; I enjoyed the fast pace and the quick transitions. The little breaks and discussion sessions helped me stay focused throughout the afternoon." "Organization was very good and the event actually exceeded expectations in terms of content :-)" "The event was really well organized.” “[I liked] the mindfulness guided exercise." "Excellent – so much information… Narath offers not only vital information/expertise, but warmth and empathy that allows participants to engage fully." "Super helpful! ...practical and easy to follow. The concepts can be easily transferred to an academic or job professional environment. The speakers were very professional. Great way to share the content, clear and dynamic. Everything so organized, the small details make the difference; personalized place card, resources, food, great content.”
