Boston’s biggest free workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its seventh season. Join us on Seaport Common for a variety of classes with Boston's favorite instructors. For more information visit Class Description Prepare to liberate your movement! Yoga sculpt is a 45 minute practice to release tension within the body as you move through dynamic flows that blend creative and challenging transitions, balances, stretches and core work. By breaking free from normal movement patterns, you’ll achieve a greater range of motion. While also gaining a new sense of freedom within your body by challenging it through different sequences. It's not flexibility, but it involves being flexible. It's not yoga, but it incorporates some yoga postures. It's not stability, but it includes having core strength. The goal throughout your practice is to be able to generate force through your whole range of motion and achieve pain free movement throughout your daily life. About the Instructor Dani is currently finishing up her degree in Psychology at Bridgewater State University. She has played sports her entire life and first got into fitness around the age of 16. Fitness has been an amazing outlet for her in many ways and helped her find herself. Yoga has been a major part of Dani’s wellness journey and has helped her to find calm within the storm. Finding the perfect balance between fitness and yoga has helped Dani become more mindful, mobile and understanding of her body. She is super passionate about all things fitness and cannot wait to share her passion with her Seaport Sweat! Outside of fitness, Dani also loves to sing and has recently released her first single, On My Way. Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
